Do you like scrumptious pancakes?


Ingredients:
Half a cup of flour
Three halfs of teaspoons of baking powder
One teaspoon of salt
One tablespoon of white sugar
1 quarter cup of milk
Three tablespoons of melted butter
Oil
1 egg


Materials:
Large bowl
Beater
Frying pan

Toppings:
Strawberries
Maple syrup
Chocolate syrup


Method:
1. In a large bowl, pour the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in slowly. Then make a hole in the centre with a spoon and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter.
2. Mix it with the beater until it looks smooth.
3. Next, heat a lightly oiled frying pan on medium heat.
4. Grab a cup and fill the cup until it is one quarter of the cup full of batter. This is the amount for each pancake.
5. Cook it until both sides of the pancake is brown.
6. After that, grab a plate and place your delicious pancakes on it. You can put your favourite toppings on and then you're done.
7. Now you can finally enjoy your delicious pancakes for breakfast or dessert.

Success criteria: I know I can do this when I the steps for making delicious, golden brown pancakes.

Mmm... These waffles look delicious!

Learning intention: We are learning to write a procedure.
Success criteria: I know I can do this when I write the method for making delicious, golden waffles.
You will need:
- Two eggs
- Two cups of flour
- 1 3/4 cups of milk
- 1/2 a cup of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder

- non-stick cooking spray


Toppings:
- Strawberries
- Maple syrup
- Whip cream
- Bananas
- Chocolate syrup
Materials:
- Waffle maker
- Hand beater
- Bowl
- Plate


What to do:
1. First, preheat the waffle maker until the green light flashes.
2. Next, crack two eggs and drop them into a bowl, then mix it until it looks fluffy.
3. Place in the rest of the ingredients and mix it with your beater until it looks smooth.
4. Spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray and then pour the mixture into the waffle maker.
5. Cook it until it looks golden brown.
6. After it is cooked, grab a plate and place your waffles on it and then place on your favourite toppings.
7. Now you are done. You can finally enjoy your tasty waffles.

You need a piece of wool to make the cat's tail!

Materials:

Stone (face)
Paint (grey)
Buttons (eyes)
Paper (ears)
Wool (tail, grey)
Glue
Colored pencil (grey)
Scissors

What to do:

1. First, grab a stone to paint the face of your cat.
2. Paint it grey and let it dry.
3. Then get 2 little buttons and glue it on for the eyes.
4. After that, get a paper and cut it into little triangles for the ears, Then color it grey. After you’ve colored it in, glue it on the top of your cat’s head to make ears.
5. Then cut a small piece of grey wool and stick it on the back of your cat for the tail.
6. Now you are done. You can finally play with your cat or leave it in your room.

Success criteria: I know I can do this when I follow the correct structure of a procedure and write the steps for making a stone pet.
